Privacy Notice 2024-2025


We take the privacy of your information seriously and we ask that you read this Privacy Notice carefully as it contains important information. We will only use your information as explained in this Privacy Notice.


We do not sell, distribute or give out any of our customers information. Only the company director has access to the information. We reserve the right to disclose your information if requested by the police or any regulatory or Government authorities in connection with any investigations concerning your activities while visiting the site.


How we collect personal information: customer information from shops and galleries is not passed on to us, only the name of the artwork purchased. Information from the public (private sales) is collected either in person e.g. at an art market, or via email or social media and deleted electronically once artwork is delivered.


What we will do with your personal information: this information is used in order to carry out transactions/sales only. Once a delivery has been made, postal addresses are deleted. 


Who we will share personal information with: this information is not shared with anyone else.

Storage of your personal information: Whilst the transaction/communication is current any email correspondence between the artist and the customer is temporarily stored electronically. We collect purchase history for the purposes of HMRC which is held for 6 years as required by HMRC.


Consent: we will only make contact with you upon request or to inform customers of new prints that may be of interest following a previous enquiry e.g. for prints/products featuring certain subject matter. If you do not wish us to use your information in this manner you should email us at


Google analytics: we don’t currently analyse data from our website but if we do in the future we will explain how we do it and information we take from it.


WiFi: we do not offer WiFi to our customers and therefore do not collect information in this manner.


Cookies: this website is run by who use cookies to provide services and features offered on website to improve user experience.

Internet: we will make reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your information but please be aware that we cannot guarantee the security or transmission of data over the internet. We renew anti virus and internet security protections.

Online selling platforms: this privacy notice applies to sales transactions via Folksy and future online selling platforms. When purchasing through an online selling platform please note the privacy notice of the particular platform. Delivery addresses are kept as hard copies only for 6 years for purposes of HMRC.

Social media: if you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by the social media provider, it will not be shared with any other organisations.


Policy review: this policy will be reviewed on an annual basis, the next review being in August 2025.
