Privacy Notice 2019-2020
We take the privacy of your information seriously and we ask that you read this Privacy Notice carefully as it contains important information. We will only use your information as explained in this Privacy Notice.
We do not sell, distribute or give out any of our customers information. Only the company director has access to the information.
How we collect personal information: information from shops and galleries is collected by communication either by telephone, email or in person for the purposes of trading. Information from the public (private sales) is collected either in person e.g. at an art market, or via the website contact form or email.
What we will do with your personal information: this information is used in order to carry out transactions/sales only. Once a delivery has been made, postal addresses are deleted. We keep a record of email addresses in case of any follow up communications.
Who we will shares personal information with: this information is not shared with anyone else.
How you can see the information we hold about you: You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold. Please email your request to Catherine Bowdler via the contact form.
Storage of your personal information: Whilst the transaction/communication is current any email correspondence between the artist and the customer is temporarily stored electronically. We collect purchase history for the purposes of HMRC which is held for 6 years as required by HMRC.
Consent: we will only make contact with you upon request or to inform customers of new prints that may be of interest following a previous enquiry for prints featuring certain subject matter.
Google analytics: we don’t currently analyse data from our website but if we do in the future we will explain how we do it and information we take from it.
WiFi: we do not offer WiFi to our customers and therefore do not collect information in this manner.
Policy review: this policy will be reviewed on an annual basis, the next review being in November 2020.
